I’ve had more than 10 years of experience creating sparkling and informative content, both inside and outside the fields of journalism and online training. I’m fully equipped with the creative and technical knowledge to create online learning experiences, from the smallest micro-learning course to complete training suites for multi-national companies.
From 2022-2024 I was the lead E-Learning producer at RFE/RL Academy, the in-house training platform for journalists at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
I worked closely with subject matter experts, course writers, video editors, translators, and stakeholders to produce online training courses for journalists. I created training articles for RFE/RL journalists, and wrote technical guides for the Academy staff.
I also managed the Learning Management System (TalentLMS) used by RFE/RL Academy. This included authoring the technical specifications for course upload, creating reports from course data, and handling uploads and all updates to courses.
